Our Board

Out Now operates with a Board of Directors, Staff, and a Youth Advisory Committee.  There are currently 10 board members who come from Springfield and surrounding communities.  We are now seating 6 youth and 4 adults. In accordance with the Out Now by-laws, a majority of directors in office constitutes a quorum, and a majority vote decides the matter.  We are currently going through a process of Board development with the Tides Foundation, and expect to see some positive changes within our Board this coming year.

With a board that is majority people of color and majority youth, we are reconfiguring the means to create real liberatory ends!
